Shipping Policy

1. General

Production Time:Each of our clubs is meticulously milled from raw materials and hand-assembled to meet your custom specifications. Our typical production time is 2-3 weeks, though this may vary depending on order volume, material availability, and custom requests. In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may further affect production timelines, and we will notify you of any significant delays.

Expedited Shipping:Expedited shipping options (such as 2-day or overnight) apply to transit time only — meaning the time it takes for the club to travel from our facility to your door once it leaves the shop. Expedited shipping does not reduce or bypass production time. All clubs are built to order and subject to our standard lead time before shipping.

Tracking:Your tracking number is generated when your club enters final assembly — before it physically leaves our facility. Our builder uses the packing slip during the final build process, so there is typically a window between when tracking is assigned and when the club actually goes out the door. Please allow 2-8 business days after receiving your tracking email before expecting the first scan or update. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order. If you have not seen any tracking movement after 8 business days, please reach out to us at support@voidgolf.com.

Shipping Time:Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped via UPS or USPS within the United States, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. International shipping generally takes 6-10 business days, depending on the provider and destination.

2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Void Golf ships internationally on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning standard customs duties and import taxes are covered in most cases. However, certain destinations or shipments may incur additional fees outside of our control — such as unexpected surcharges, secondary inspections, or local handling charges. Any such fees beyond standard duties are the customer's responsibility and must be resolved directly with your local customs office.

3. Damages and Issues

Void Golf is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. We partner with Corso to offer shipping protection on every order. If you purchased Corso Shipping Protection, you'll receive an email with a direct link to file a claim with their dedicated support team — or you can reach them anytime at support@corso.com for the fastest resolution.


If you did not purchase shipping protection, please contact us at support@voidgolf.com and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that resolutions for unprotected orders may take additional time, as we are subject to the shipping carrier's claims process. We recommend saving all packaging materials and photos of any damage, as these are typically required.

4. International Shipping Policy

For international orders, delivery times may vary. We use APC Postal Logistics, which consolidates international shipments before partnering with your country's postal service and major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

Please note that because orders are consolidated through APC, tracking may not reflect movement immediately after your tracking number is assigned. You should expect to see the first tracking update once your package has arrived at the APC sorting facility. After that point, shipments typically leave the country shortly after. Please allow up to 6 weeks from the time your order leaves our facility for delivery.

5. Legal Notice Regarding Undelivered Packages

If a package is marked as "delivered" by the shipping provider but is not received by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with the shipping partner. The customer must follow the claim process set forth by the shipping provider.


At its discretion, Void Golf may choose to reship the item one time, free of charge, after the shipping provider verifies and approves the claim. If the claim is denied, or the one-time reshipment has already been utilized, Void Golf holds no further liability for the undelivered package.
