Shipping Policy

Every Void putter is milled from raw stock and assembled by hand in San Diego, California, after you order it. Nothing ships off a shelf, so every delivery estimate below has two parts: the time to build your club, and the time to ship it.

1. Build time

  • Stock — 3–5 business days
  • Pro — 7–10 business days
  • Outlet clubsalready built, they ship as soon as they are packed

These are estimates. Supply, customization and current build volume can move them. If your order is going to run significantly long, your club builder will contact you directly.

2. Shipping time

Once your club is built it ships via UPS or USPS.

  • United States — 3–5 business days
  • International — 6–10 business days

Transit time is measured from the day your club leaves our facility, not from the day you order.

3. Expedited shipping

Expedited options such as 2-day or overnight apply to transit time only — the time it takes your club to travel from our facility to your door once it leaves the shop.

Expedited shipping does not reduce or bypass build time. Every club is built to order and goes through the standard build before it ships.

4. Tracking

Your tracking number is generated when your club enters final assembly — before it physically leaves the building. Our builder uses the packing slip during the last stage of the build, so there is normally a gap between the moment tracking is assigned and the moment the club goes out the door.

That gap sits inside your build time, not after it. Allow up to 8 business days from the tracking email before you see the first scan. This is normal and does not mean anything is wrong with your order.

If there has been no tracking movement after 8 business days, email us at support@voidgolf.com.

5. Customs, duties and taxes

Void Golf ships internationally on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means standard customs duties and import taxes are covered in most cases.

Some destinations and some shipments still attract charges outside our control — unexpected surcharges, secondary inspections, or local handling fees. Anything beyond standard duties is the customer's responsibility and has to be resolved directly with your local customs office.

6. International shipping

International orders move through APC Postal Logistics, which consolidates shipments before handing them to your country's postal service or to FedEx, UPS or DHL.

Because of that consolidation step, tracking often does not move for a while after your number is assigned. The first update usually appears once your package reaches the APC sorting facility; shipments typically leave the country shortly after that.

The 6–10 business day estimate above is the normal case. In the rare event a package is still outstanding 6 weeks after leaving our facility, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

7. Damage and loss in transit

Void Golf is not liable for products damaged or lost by the carrier. We partner with Corso to offer shipping protection on every order.

If you bought Corso Shipping Protection, you will have received an email with a direct link to file a claim with their support team. You can also reach them at support@corso.com, which is the fastest route to a resolution. Corso covers packages that arrive damaged and packages that are marked delivered but never turn up.

If you did not, email us at support@voidgolf.com and we will do what we can. Resolutions without protection take longer, because we are bound by the carrier's own claims process.

Either way: keep all packaging materials and photograph the damage. Carriers require both, and a claim without them usually fails.

8. Checking your order on arrival

Examine your club when it arrives and tell us straight away if anything is damaged or incorrect, so we can deal with it while the carrier's claim window is still open.

Returns are covered separately in our Returns & Refund Policy — every putter carries a 30-day return period from delivery. Outlet clubs are final sale.
