Returns & Refund policy

1. General

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Policy for Stock Putters: Stock putters are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the club is returned in good condition. Minor scuffs or scratches are acceptable, but excessive wear or damage is subject to inspection and may result in a partial refund or the return being rejected at our discretion.

Returns for Custom Putters: We accept returns on all clubs, however customization charges are non-refundable. Upcharges for options such as finish color, shaft selection, loft and lie adjustments, aftermarket grips, engravings, or any other custom modifications will not be refunded. You will receive a refund for the base club cost only. If your custom putter arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Note: Blemished Clubs are final sale and non-refundable.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and photos of your club in its current condition at returns@voidgolf.com. All returns must be sent to:

Once your return is received, we will perform a physical inspection before finalizing acceptance. Please do not send items back without requesting a return first, as they will not be accepted.

2. Exchanges

We offer direct exchanges on all clubs within the 30-day return window. To get started, contact us at returns@voidgolf.com with your order number and the details of what you'd like to change. Ship your club back to our facility and we'll build your replacement once it's received and inspected. You only need to specify what's changing — anything not mentioned will stay the same as your original order. If there is a price difference between your original club and the exchange, we will either charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Please note that customization charges from your original order are non-refundable and do not transfer to your exchange. If your original club included upgrades such as an aftermarket shaft, grip, or other modifications, those charges will not be credited toward your new build — your exchange will be priced based on the new configuration selected.

3. European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be returned in good condition along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note that refunds apply to the base club cost only — customization charges, original shipping fees, and shipping protection purchases are non-refundable. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

International Orders: Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return transit. We are unable to provide prepaid return labels for international shipments. Please be aware that international return shipping can take several weeks, and your refund will not be processed until the club is received and inspected at our facility.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@voidgolf.com.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 5 days of purchase. After this timeframe, production may have commenced and cancellations will no longer be accepted. Please note that cancellations of custom orders will not include a refund for any customization charges already incurred. Blemished Clubs are final sale and cannot be canceled.

6. Inspection for Refund

All returned putters are subject to inspection before a refund is issued. The club must be returned in good condition — minor scuffs or scratches are acceptable and will likely be approved, however excessive scratching, scuffs, or damage may result in a partial refund or the return being rejected at our discretion.

Abuse and Neglect Clause:We expect our customers to handle our putters with care and responsibility during the return window. We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if the putter shows clear signs of abuse, neglect, or intentional damage. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Physical Damage: Significant scratches, dents, or fractures that affect the integrity of the putter.
  • Improper Use: Using the putter for purposes other than its intended design (e.g., hitting hard objects or using it in extreme conditions).
  • Alterations: Any modifications made to the putter after purchase without our prior approval.
  • Poor Handling: Mishandling such as dropping the putter or failing to follow care instructions.

If we determine a putter has been subjected to abuse or neglect, we reserve the right to reject the return or issue a reduced refund reflecting the condition of the item upon inspection.

By purchasing from Void Golf, you acknowledge responsibility for the putter's care and handling and agree to the terms of this clause.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@voidgolf.com before shipping anything back. If you're unsure about the condition of your club, you're welcome to send photos to returns@voidgolf.com for a pre-evaluation — we're happy to give you a heads up before you ship so there are no surprises.

Please include your original packing slip or printed order confirmation inside the box. This contains your order number and contact information needed to process your return. If we're unable to identify your order, processing may be delayed.

Once your return is approved, please ship the club back within 7 business days. Returns that are not shipped within this window may be subject to review and could be denied at our discretion.

Once received, we'll inspect the club and notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund for the base club cost will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If not approved, the club will be returned to you.

8. Additional Information

Custom Requests Defined:Custom requests include modifications such as finish color, shaft selection, loft and lie adjustments, length, aftermarket grips, paint fill, and engravings. These charges are non-refundable — refunds apply to the base club cost only.

Defective or Incorrect Items:If you receive a defective or incorrect putter, please contact us immediately at support@voidgolf.comso we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Processing Time:Please allow up to 10 business days for refund processing after inspection. Keep in mind your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Damages and Issues:Examine your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@voidgolf.com if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges:The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase once the return is approved.

Refund Notifications:You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method. If not approved, the club will be returned to you.
